We do not stock all the parts available in our catalogue. Stock items will be shipped
the same
business day if the order is received before 5:00 pm EST. For special orders or
non-stock items,
the delivery dates will be confirmed to you via phone (or e-mail if
preferred)

Returns
- To receive a return authorization, please e-mail us at sales@precisionap.com
- All returned items must be in original sale condition.
- Electric / electronic components must be returned in the original
sealed packaging. You open it, you keep it!!!
- Our core return policy is:"You disassemble it, You keep it".
- Core credits will be issued upon receipt of fully assembled and rebuildable cores only.
- Scrap value credit will be issued for disassembled or damaged cores.
- Most of the special order items are non-returnable.
Damaged Goods
- Inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
- Report any damaged merchandise to the carrier.

- All items sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranties.
