We do not stock all the parts available in our catalogue. Stock items will be shipped the same business day if the order is received before 6:00 pm. For special orders or non-stock items, the delivery dates will be confirmed to you via phone (or e-mail if preferred) within 30 minutes upon receipt of e-mail.

Returns
- To receive a return authorization, please e-mail us at sales@precisionap.com
- All returned items must be in good condition.
- Electrical components must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Our core return policy is: "if you disassemble it, you keep it".
- Core credits will be issued upon receipt of fully assembled and rebuildable cores.
- Reduced credit will be issued for cores with missing external parts.
- Scrap value credit will be issued for disassembled or damaged cores.
- Most of the special order items are non-returnable.
- Inspect all merchandise upon receipt.
- Report any damaged merchandise to the carrier.
- All items sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranties.
